The promises of God keep us going

1 Those who live in the shelter of the Most High     will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
Psalms 91:1

2 This I declare about the lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety;     he is my God, and I trust him.
Psalms 91:2

3 For he will rescue you from every trap     and protect you from deadly disease.
Psalms 91:3

4 He will cover you with his feathers.     He will shelter you with his wings.     His faithful promises are your armor and protection.
Psalms 91:4

5 Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night,     nor the arrow that flies in the day.
Psalms 91:5

6 Do not dread the disease that stalks in darkness,     nor the disaster that strikes at midday.
Psalms 91:6

The world is shaken and most terrified by Covid-19. While the pandemic is a physical health hazard it has also become a mental and economic hazard.

Since the onset of the pandemic,there has been evident increase in marriage breakages,social violence and suicide cases.This are fearful effects of the pandemic.

Where does the hope and joy of the saved rests?Our hope and joy is in the most steadfast promises of God that guarantee us divine protection and surpassing security during moments like this.The above text sheds the light on the protection of God to His children against diseases and terror.We are save if we be Faithful to Him to the end.

When the foundation of the World is shaken,may the Faithful remain steadfast lest they fall.We are made strong through Him who is our strength (Philippians 4:13) and we are sure that miracles will accompany they who fear the Lord for God is a miracle and wonder wonder-working God(psalm 77:14)

Let those who fear Him trust Him and be joyous.Amen
